The Line Monitor is a program to monitor production of bottle filling lines.
It provides you with statistics and information about your production line: registers events to generate trendings, stop reasons, stop times and stop frequencies providing necessary background information for efficiency improvement.
The use of graphs shows important information in a glance, permitting quick intervention and anticipation by the operators to correct trouble or malfunction.
The program can be adapted to any type of production process and is tailormade to your needs. The programming concept is such that modifications in the process can be reflected in program adaptation at a reasonable cost, in other words, this production data and control system can grow and change as you whish or require.
Analyzing the statistics will help you fine tuning your production process to achieve higher performance and less rejects.
The examples are in Dutch or English but of course other languages are possible.
